VPShab.com agrees to furnish services paid for in advance by the client, to the client, subject to complete compliance with the AUP and these Terms of Service. VPShab.com reserves the right to refuse Services to any potential client and to deny renewal of Services to any existing client, at the sole discretion of VPShab.com.
3. BILLING and Cancellation Policy:
3.1 - Invoicing:
* Invoices for recurring service(s) will be issued 5 days before the due date.
* Unpaid service(s) will be suspended at 11:00 PM UTC after the service due date. (30 days renewal policy)
* Unpaid services) will be permanently terminated after 2 days past the due date of the service.
* Orders that remain unpaid for more than 5 days are automatically removed from the system.
3.2 - Automatic Payments:
VPShab.com does not automatically accept payment after sending the invoice.
Because VPShab.com does not store any payment processing information (Credit/Bank account Number), so customers are always responsible for renewing their services before cancellation.
3.3 VPS/RDP Renewal Policy:
VPShab.com does not cut auto-renewable VPS/RDP services charges,( Renewable policy) we will send an invoice to your account and add it to your client area, (Email+Client area) client checks their invoice, and will pay through the payment gateway.
For example, we send invoices for recurring service(s) that will be issued 5 days before the due date. client checks and pays through the payment gateway.
4. Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy:
Yes, we provide a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you find our VPS/RDP unsuitable for your needs, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the service.
*If the client, has taken a fresh IP, he will get a refund minus the Fresh IP cost. For Example, If a client takes VPS/RDP, then he/she wants a refund after 72 hours, so they get a refund minus their fresh IP cost.
Customers MUST request a refund via our ticketing system, communication through other platforms (such as Skype, and Live chat) will not be valid.
* No refund is given outside our Money Back Guarantee and in cases of add fund, abuse, suspension, or account closure.
* If you have paid for VPS/RDP, and request a refund before receiving it, you will receive a full refund. The refund process will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.
*If the VPS /RDP is not working and it is shut down/down or any other problem at our end and you request a replacement, you will get a full refund.
*If your VPS or RDP is fine and you request a new/Fresh/changed IP, you must pay additional service charges. ( 20$)

5. Payment Gateways:
* Credit/Debit Cards: Credit Card payment transactions are accepted via a third-party payment gateway and are eligible for Money Back Guarantee.
* Chargebacks / Disputes: Chargebacks and disputes against any payment will result in immediate service termination of all services without compensations/refunds and account closure without notification. This process can not be reversed even if the customer self-closed disputes/chargebacks.
6. Fraud Protection:
* Account details must match the information provided by the payment method.
* Registration and Order Placement must take place from the client's residential ISP.
* To process an order(s) that have not passed the initial fraud check, VPShab.com might require valid documentation to be submitted.
7. VPShab.com Account Credit:
Account credit does not expire, and cannot be transferred from one client to another.
Existing account credit will automatically be applied towards further generated invoices until exhausted.
Customers can add funds via the billing system with any amount between $10.00-$500.00.
Account credit may not be withdrawn or 'cashed out' in the form of a refund or other payment.
8. Early Termination of Service Contract:
If a client orders a service and uses more than 5 days or more, and if they want to close their services and want the money back, VPShab.com provides an early service closing charge after use. That is, the remaining day's money will be refunded. (30 Days services policy)
* If a client needs to re-install Windows, he/she should inform through a separate support ticket. Maximum 3 times will be free/monthly, if more than 3 times, he will have to pay an additional service charge of 5$.
9. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:
The Company may, on a scheduled or unscheduled basis, interrupt your access to the Service and the Website, in order to perform service maintenance or emergency services. You agree that your access to the Service and the Website may be affected by unexpected or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but the Company shall have no liability for any loss or damage caused by such downtime.
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not keep any data backup.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
VPShab.com is not responsible for any Backup of your data, any damages as a result of a natural disaster, or any extenuating circumstance.
The customer is responsible for regularly backing up data stored on their virtual server outside of the provider’s infrastructure (external backup).
